Provide teller services accurately and timely while processing transactions in accordance with bank policies and meeting deadlines for time-critical items like clearing and transfers. Respond courteously to customer problems, escalating issues beyond your role limits to supervisors, and actively promote a portfolio of products and services to meet assigned sales objectives. This role requires relevant secondary education, two years of banking experience, cash handling skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Candidates must be UAE nationals with a family book.
