Teller

Teller at Croghan Colonial Bank in Tiffin, OH responsible for providing an exceptional, professional customer experience while processing a wide variety of transactions in accordance with bank policy. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, issuing cashier's checks and bonds, completing online/enrollment requests, and fulfilling customer requests. Must utilize product knowledge to identify and refer customer solutions to other team members, maintain knowledge of consumer and business products, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC). Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and travel to other banking centers as needed. Strong communication skills, ability to work with others, and proficiency with digital banking tools are essential.
