Job Summary
Process checking, savings, and loan transactions, cash checks, and manage teller drawers while balancing ATMs and vaults daily. Answer customer inquiries, explain available services, and cross-sell products. Refer unresolved issues to the proper department and perform duties under the Bank Secrecy Act. Maintain station supplies and ensure accurate cash handling. Weekend and evening rotation required with 32-40 hours weekly. Regular travel between branches is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous cash handling experience
- Valid, written and fully executed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work (for recruiting agencies)
- Ability to lift items weighting up to 10 pounds on a consistent basis
- Manual dexterity and coordination
- Weekend and evening work availability
- Saturday rotation availability
