Supervises and coordinates the teller team at the Monroe Branch (1812 W. Monroe St., Phoenix, AZ 85007), ensuring accurate and secure transaction processing, interviewing/hiring/training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management. Maintains regulatory compliance, balances daily transactions, prepares reports, fosters exceptional member service, cross-sells credit union products, and supports branch operations with a positive, collaborative leadership approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience.
- previous Teller Supervisor experience in similar asset size branch.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
