Job Summary
Teller role focused on helping members with everyday transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders), opening/closing accounts, and maintaining accurate records. As the first face members see, you’ll build connections, provide quick, accurate service, and promote products or services that meet members’ goals. A positive, professional presence and the ability to balance a drawer and handle confidential information are essential in this friendly, team-focused credit-union environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and banking systems
- Ability to handle confidential information securely
