Job Summary
Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while accurately maintaining account information on the computer system. Sell credit union services, make qualified referrals, and cross-sell products to achieve established sales goals. Build superior account relationships and support member acquisition and retention through first-level conflict resolution and diplomacy. Maintain accurate member data, prepare required reports for management, and adhere to confidentiality and security rules. Work independently and in a team environment for at least eight hours daily, utilizing office technology to handle money orders and transfers.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Must be organized and demonstrate the ability to follow guidelines
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to be self-directed
- Must demonstrate the ability to follow the organization's confidentiality and security rules
- Ability to work in an office environment for at least 8 hours per day
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception
