Teller - Stuart/Wedgewood

Prepare for customer interactions, build rapport, and match client needs to Seacoast Bank products while utilizing open and closed-ended questions to understand financial goals. Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions adhering to AML/BSA requirements, dual control, and security procedures. Balance cash drawers daily, monitor work accuracy, and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. Develop proficiencies in outbound calling, self-service technology enrollment, and referral opportunities with internal partners. Maintain vault responsibilities if assigned, participate in community events, and collaborate across the branch and organization. Flexible schedule required including weekends and non-bank hours; minimum six months cash handling experience preferred.
