Job Summary
The Teller will deliver accurate, high-quality member service by handling transactions and addressing both stated and unstated member needs. Responsibilities include identifying members/account ownership for proper access, performing transactional duties with precision per credit union policies, balancing standards and dual control, and expanding member relationships by presenting credit union products and services that meet financial needs. The role emphasizes exceptional service, ownership of issues, and adherence to the Here for Good brand promise, with ongoing learning about products and regulatory changes, and potential travel to other STCU locations. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and strong cash-handling skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six months customer service in a retail or customer service environment with recent cash handling experience.
