Job Summary
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to established service standards and bank policies. Educate customers through digital demonstrations, manage lobby interactions, and proactively address immediate needs. Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution and log all complaints in the appropriate system. Complete branch operational activities including cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfer functions. Perform Consumer AML, BSA, and KYC activities while maintaining internal control standards and regulatory compliance. Resolve routine customer problems and transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills
- Proven prioritization skills
- Proficient with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
