TELLER

This Teller role centers on delivering high-quality customer service by explaining and processing financial services, maintaining accurate recordkeeping, and following bank policies. Responsibilities include opening and closing accounts, interviewing customers to identify needs and upsell bank products (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, Savings Bonds), assisting with consumer loan options and loan closings, guiding customers through electronic services and Wealth Management/Mortgage products, and supporting branch goals through outbound efforts. The position also involves maintaining confidentiality, balancing drawers and branch technology, and contributing to a professional, compliant branch environment. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with customers and providing a positive service experience.
