Job Summary
Teller position based in Siler City, NC within PNC's Retail Banking division. Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on available options for financial transactions, identifies banking opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff, and performs lobby engagement activities to connect customers with PNC products. Demonstrates knowledge of banking products, digital tools, and procedures to solve customer problems, while maintaining efficient and accurate branch operations and adhering to policies and risk management practices.
