Teller Services Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish Required) - Blue Island, IL

Efficiently run all operational procedures and practices within the branch, including dual control adherence. Keep the team informed of policy and procedure changes, partner with Branch Operations Support, and take a proactive approach to solving operational issues. Establish and monitor security procedures for employee and customer safety while operating a teller drawer to serve customers. Lead by example by ensuring team compliance with bank and regulatory policies to mitigate preventable losses. Resolve customer concerns regarding online banking, debit cards, and statements, recognize cross-sell opportunities, and participate in community events as needed. This bilingual role requires previous teller experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
