Provide superior member service by conducting transactions (deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, transfers) and assisting members with financial goals in a part-time Teller Service Representative role. Actively cross-sell Veridian products and services, adhere to Bank Secrecy Act guidelines, balance cash, and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates strong communication, attention to detail, problem solving, and a positive, dependable team orientation in Cedar Rapids, IA; fluency in Spanish is welcome and compensation includes a $1.50/hour bilingual premium.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Relevant work experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Math and clerical aptitude
- Fluent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
