Job Summary
Provide courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service to members and potential members by connecting with them and identifying unique needs. Accurately and efficiently process transactions including deposits, payments, withdrawals, and check cashing while educating members on appropriate credit union products and available technology. Actively listen to member inquiries and demonstrate how to use available tools, while performing miscellaneous operational duties in accordance with established policies. Maintain a positive and professional image of the credit union by exuding confidence and leading by example in outstanding member service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service & cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to exude confidence and lead by example in providing outstanding member service to members, potential members, and coworkers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
- A positive attitude and strong desire to help others
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple programs
