Job Summary
Operates a customer service window to provide exceptional customer service on a variety of transactions. Demonstrates knowledge of bank policies and procedures, consumer banking standards, and maintains high accuracy in cash handling. Responsibilities include accepting deposits, verifying customer identification, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting bank services. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to branch goals. A high school diploma is required, along with one to two years of related experience. Attending training sessions is necessary to fulfill job expectations. Must be able to lift and move various weights as part of job duties.
