Job Summary
Operate a customer service window to process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments while verifying customer identity and protecting against fraud. Maintain daily cash drawer and ATM/vault balancing, manage night and mail deposits, and issue money orders. Resolve customer issues efficiently, profile clients to identify sales opportunities, and track leads for the Personal Banker platform. Execute operational excellence by balancing cash drawers daily and adhering to Retail Policies and Procedures. Work Monday through Saturday with flexible hours, maintaining an 85% balancing rate and contributing to branch sales and service goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent basic academic education
- One to two years general experience
- Successful completion of the retail training program
- Must be flexible around branch hours
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work
