Job Summary
Operate a customer service window to provide exceptional service on transactions including deposits, check cashing, withdrawals, and loan payments. Verify customer authenticity, place holds, and document identification to protect against fraud. Balance cash drawers daily, assist with ATM and vault balancing, and process night or mail deposits. Maintain an 85% balancing rate per Retail Policies and refer customers to appropriate team members for specialized services. Identify customer needs through profiling to expand relationships and track leads for the Personal Banker platform. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm with flexibility required around branch hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent basic academic education
- One to two years general experience
- Successful completion of the retail training program
- Must be flexible around branch hours
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work
