Job Summary
As Teller at Rio Bank, you will be one of the first faces customers see, helping with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions while maintaining an accurate cash drawer and delivering friendly service. You’ll answer questions, explain bank products and services, assist with opening/closing procedures, and collaborate with teammates to keep the banking center running smoothly. You’ll balance cash, maintain records, and demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism while supporting a team-focused, community-oriented environment. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and opportunities to grow professionally, with a schedule that includes standard full-time hours and rotating Saturdays. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service experience are required.
