Job Summary
As a Teller at Rio Bank, you will be among the first customer touchpoints, assisting with everyday banking needs and transactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You’ll balance cash drawers, answer questions about bank products and services, support opening/closing procedures, and collaborate with teammates to keep the banking center running smoothly. The role emphasizes delivering friendly, dependable service, learning and growing within a community-focused organization, and working a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with a daytime Monday–Friday core and rotating Saturday shifts. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service experience; cash handling experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
