Job Summary
Teller/Retail Services Representative at First State Bank in Chesterfield, MO. Responsible for teller transactions, customer service, and opening/maintaining customer accounts (including IRAs); cross-sell bank products and services; adhere to security, BSA/AML, and compliance requirements; complete regulatory and internal training; participate in branch scheduling with some travel between branches. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; full-time role with 40 hours/week, benefits eligibility, and occasional Saturday shifts; background check and drug screening required.
