Job Summary
Serve members at the teller window by performing account transactions, account maintenance, and developing relationships while sharing product information to help fulfill individual financial needs. Maintain accurate transaction details, balance the teller drawer, and adhere to established Cash Management and Funds Reconciliation policies. Participate fully in the credit union's incentive program and ongoing training to achieve organizational goals. Promote the credit union by providing quality service and effectively cross-selling products to develop membership relationships. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Requires previous experience in sales, cash handling, or financial banking.
