Job Summary
Deliver a customer-focused banking experience by processing a variety of interactions, educating customers on options for their financial transactions, identifying banking opportunities and referring them to branch staff, and conducting lobby engagement activities to promote PNC products. Leverage technology and product knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to policies and maintaining efficient branch operations. Preference for Spanish-speaking candidates. In-office role based at the Beaumont, TX West Side Branch; no visa sponsorship offered. Prior experience not required; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
