Teller

Teller position at PNC within Retail Banking based in Bay Minette or Spanish Fort, Alabama. Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Handles a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on banking options, identifies opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff, engages in lobby activities to connect customers with PNC products, and uses technology to assist customers. Adheres to policies and procedures, maintains efficient branch operations, and supports customers with transactions and problem-solving. Preferred capabilities include customer focus, risk management awareness, banking product knowledge, digital awareness, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an in-office environment.
