Job Summary
As a Full Time Teller at PNC in Scottsdale, AZ, deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and loyalty. Handle a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions, identify banking opportunities and refer to branch staff, engage customers in the lobby to connect with PNC products, and educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and available resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, adhere to policies, and ensure teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
