Job Summary
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while driving branch-fueled opportunities. Handles a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on alternatives for financial interactions, identifies banking opportunities during conversations, and refers customers to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, adheres to policies, and ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Requires customer focus, risk awareness, and proactive service with strong communication and problem-solving skills according to PNC standards.
