Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, deliver unique experiences aimed at improving financial wellbeing, and identify banking opportunities during meaningful conversations. Educate customers on alternatives and leverage technology to solve problems while adhering to policies and managing risk within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is based in Kokomo, IN, as an in-office position within PNC's Retail Banking organization.
