Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities during conversations to refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products while applying product knowledge to solve problems. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately, adhering to all policies and procedures. Manage risks associated with business activities and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
