Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities during conversations to refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, apply product knowledge to solve problems, and ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Adhere to all policies and procedures while managing risks associated with business objectives. This role is based at the Hillard-Rome Branch in Hillard, OH, with a base salary of $30,000.00 to $50,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants may be subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
