Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, delivering a unique experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Educate customers on alternatives and banking opportunities during interactions, identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations to refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, applying product knowledge to solve problems and manage risks within established limits. Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately. This role is incentive eligible with a base salary of $33,000.00 – $55,000.00 and is based in Newark, DE.
