Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities during conversations to increase share of wallet. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, apply product knowledge to solve problems, and ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately. Adhere to all policies and procedures while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and managing risks associated with business objectives.
