Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, delivering a unique experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Educate customers on alternatives and banking opportunities during conversations, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and managing risks associated with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants may be subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
