Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, identify banking opportunities, and refer customers to appropriate branch staff. Educate customers on alternatives for financial transactions and leverage technology to solve problems while adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Manage risk by assessing business objectives and supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This role is based at the Springdale Branch in Cincinnati, OH, with a base salary of $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 and is incentive eligible.
