Represent the bank in a courteous, professional manner while processing transactions with prompt, efficient, and accuracy. Cross-sell bank services when appropriate and make referrals to appropriate business partners. Strictly adhere to all current laws, security measures, and organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills alongside basic computer knowledge. High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and cash handling experience preferred. This role supports the bank's service delivery team by managing daily customer interactions and transaction workflows.
