Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service by opening deposit accounts, processing complex multi-step teller transactions, selling bank products and services, and resolving customer service issues. Develop and retain the customer base, greet customers by name, protect customer information, and refer needs to platform partners within the branch to meet referral goals. Maintain knowledge of products and services, ensure confidentiality, and comply with security and policy requirements while supporting branch performance goals. This role involves driving customer satisfaction through active engagement, sales referrals, and accurate cash handling, with occasional travel to other branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service
- Daily reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel to attend internal education and meetings which in some circumstances could include overnight stay
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently
- Role requires consistent standing to perform role. Bending or squatting may also be required to access night drops, coin machines, vaults, ATM, etc. based upon the branch set up.
