Job Summary
Teller responsible for delivering accurate, friendly in-branch service and processing routine transactions while guiding customers to digital tools and self-service options. You will welcome customers, assess their needs, and connect them to relevant information, services, or bankers; identify potential product or service needs, and refer to a banker for detailed guidance. You will collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations, maintain risk controls, and provide a high-quality customer experience. The role emphasizes cash handling, attention to detail, active listening, and the ability to explain solutions clearly. This is a part-time position that includes Saturdays and offers exposure to retail banking and opportunities for growth within Wells Fargo’s training and team-based culture.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
