Job Summary
Teller role supporting customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions and accurate transaction processing. Duties include processing routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with careful attention to detail, welcoming customers, guiding them to efficient banking options (including digital tools and self-service), building relationships by understanding everyday financial needs, identifying product or service needs, and referring customers to a banker for detailed guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations, follow policies and controls, resolve routine questions, and escalate complex issues as needed. Requires the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
