Teller Part-Time

Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service at the branch, including opening deposit accounts, processing complex teller transactions, and resolving customer issues. Sell bank products and services, refer customers to appropriate partners, and meet branch referral goals. Conduct sales calls via phone or Zoom to clients and prospects, maintain knowledge of products and services, ensure security/compliance, and complete required training. Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering professional, accurate service to help the branch achieve targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service
- Daily reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel to attend internal education and meetings which may include overnight stay
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Role requires consistent standing to perform role
