Job Summary
Provide excellent service to customers with a friendly demeanor; open deposit and savings/checking accounts; process complex multi-step teller transactions; sell bank products and services; assist with maintenance requests; resolve customer issues; identify needs and refer customers to appropriate partners; achieve branch referral goals; perform sales calls to meet branch goals; maintain knowledge of products/services; adhere to security, risk management, and compliance standards; complete required training; maintain reliability to meet scheduled hours and dress code; travel as needed to support branches.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service
- Daily reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel to attend internal education and meetings which in some circumstances could include overnight stay
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently
- Role requires consistent standing to perform role
