Job Summary
Teller role in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network requiring customer-focused in-branch transactions and service. Responsible for accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing), welcoming customers, assessing needs, guiding them to efficient banking options (including digital tools), and connecting customers to bankers or appropriate services. Will build relationships, identify opportunities to introduce banking solutions at a high level, support daily operations, and escalate complex issues as needed while following risk controls. Requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, teamwork with branch colleagues, and availability for a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
