Job Summary
Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing. Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options including digital tools or self-service. Build relationships by listening to everyday financial needs and connecting customers to relevant services or bankers for detailed guidance. Collaborate with teammates to resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues while maintaining accuracy and risk controls. Work a schedule that includes Saturdays in Orangevale, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
