Job Summary
Northwest branch Teller responsibilities include delivering a high level of customer service by assisting with transactions, identifying referral opportunities, resolving questions and issues, and educating customers on bank products and digital offerings. The role involves balancing teller cash drawer, participating in dual-control procedures, supporting opening/closing tasks, and complying with security, risk, and operational policies. Candidates should have knowledge of teller systems and basic office software, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a team environment. Education of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. This is a part-time position in Luzerne, PA, United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Banking and/or retail experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
