Job Summary
Northwest NW Teller role focusing on delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, identifying referral opportunities, and supporting sales/goals within a branch. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, resolving issues, providing product/service education, participating in balancing and compliance tasks, and contributing to a positive customer experience both in-person and via phone/email. Must be able to work evenings and weekends; prior cash handling and banking/retail experience preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Teller systems and Microsoft Office helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Banking and/or retail experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
