Job Summary
Teller to join Wells Fargo's National Branch Network in Delray Beach. Responsibilities include accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing), greeting and understanding customer needs, guiding customers to digital tools or appropriate team members, referring to bankers for product conversations, and supporting branch operations with attention to risk and accuracy. Requires customer-facing experience, strong communication, cash-handling ability, and reliability in a fast-paced branch environment; includes Saturday availability.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
