Job Summary
Teller to join Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. In this front-line, customer-focused role, you will accurately process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing), welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking solutions including digital tools. You will build relationships, identify product or service needs, refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance, and collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service while managing risk and complying with policies. The role emphasizes delivering a reliable branch experience with attention to detail and strong communication, with a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
