Job Summary
Teller role in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. Front-line, customer-focused position delivering accurate, friendly in-branch banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) and guiding customers to digital tools and appropriate team members. Build relationships, identify product or service needs, and refer customers to bankers for detailed guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure strong operations and service, follow policies, manage risk, and escalate issues as needed. Requires ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and provide a positive, reliable branch experience with attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions; prior cash-handling and customer-facing experience is highly valued.
