Job Summary
Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, understand needs, guide them to efficient banking options (digital tools and self-service), build relationships, and refer customers to bankers for detailed guidance. Maintain risk and compliance through accurate transactional and operational activities, collaborate with branch teammates, and escalate complex issues as needed. This role emphasizes customer focus, attention to detail, cash-handling proficiency, and the ability to explain solutions and next steps to customers, with a schedule including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
