Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks while operating the online teller terminal and verifying document endorsements. Cash negotiable instruments, sell traveler's checks and money orders, and balance cash daily to detect and resolve discrepancies. Maintain client relationships by offering bank products and resolving inquiries promptly. Complete required reports, attend training, and perform night drop functions as assigned. Ensure work areas remain clean and secure while adhering to compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications

- At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred
- Previous Teller experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Good math skills
- Good typing skills
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables
- Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios, percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5,000-6,000 words; read at a slow rate; And define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation
- Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs
- Ability to communicate in complex sentences, using normal word order with present and past tenses and good vocabulary
- Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 6:30AM (Varies)
- Saturday: 9:00AM - 12:00PM
