Job Summary
Deliver a positive, reliable in-branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and guiding customers to efficient banking options, including digital tools and self-service. Build relationships through active listening, understand everyday financial needs, and refer customers to the appropriate banker or services. Maintain risk-conscious operations, collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations, and provide clear solutions or next steps. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional, integrity-driven approach to customer service while identifying opportunities to connect customers with relevant products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
