Job Summary
Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers while cross-selling credit union products and services. Welcome members, provide routine service information, and direct them to appropriate departments. Complete Currency Transaction Reports for cash transactions exceeding $10,000, ensuring supervisor approval before forwarding to the operations team. Balance the cash drawer and daily transactions. Report any suspicious conduct or transactions to the supervisor for potential SAR generation. Adhere to BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations through continuing training.
