Teller (Part-Time)

Assist customers with transactional needs, answer inquiries regarding account balances and transaction history, and process transactions in accordance with bank policies. Maintain daily operational standards including cash drawer security, counterfeit currency identification, and ATM balance management. Educate customers on emerging bank technology and digital solutions while recognizing opportunities to refer clients to appropriate partners. Protect the bank from risk by adhering to confidentiality guidelines, robbery procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensure regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned. This role serves both internal co-workers and external customers, requiring a foundational understanding of banking industry regulatory compliance and FirstBank-specific procedures.
